After an order has been placed, it is sent as soon as possible to one of our fulfillment centers, where your item will be posted.
You can contact us during the first 24hours for a full refund without specific reasons.
Available below are delivery times depending on your location. 

Delivery time to Europe: 2 weeks
Delivery time to North America (Canada and United States): 2 to 3 weeks
Delivery time to Africa, South America and Asia: 3 to 4 weeks.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. You can also pay by Paypal.
For payment with an Aurore card, Bank card, Maestro and other debit card, you must make the payment through Paypal even if you do not have an account

We have a 30-day return
policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to
request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the
same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its
original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
