HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After an order has been placed, it is sent as soon as possible to one of our fulfillment centers, where your item will be posted.
You can contact us during the first 24hours for a full refund without specific reasons.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?
Delivery time to Europe: 2 weeks
Delivery time to North America (Canada and United States): 2 to 3 weeks
Delivery time to Africa, South America and Asia: 3 to 4 weeks.
WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. You can also pay by Paypal.
For payment with an Aurore card, Bank card, Maestro and other debit card, you must make the payment through Paypal even if you do not have an account

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
