Here are the terms and conditions that make up our shipping policy:

We ship to all countries in the European Union, USA and Canada. We offer free shipping.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.

If we are having a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.


Shipping rates and delivery estimates:

Orders are shipped free of charge to all countries of the European Union, USA and UK. We only ship to the list of countries in this free shipping list.

The delivery time for orders is 1 to 2 weeks.

NB: Delivery delays may occasionally occur, especially during the holiday or year-end periods. We apologize already if this should happen.

The products are delivered directly to your mailbox regardless of the country.

We use CJPacket to ship.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (s). The tracking number will be active within 24 or 48 hours.

Products damaged during shipment:

For all products damaged during shipping, we offer an exchange or refund of the product (s).

Please save all packing materials and damaged merchandise before filing a claim.
